As companies and individuals try to communicate complex product and service offerings, effective organization is critical to success. Many times in the process of organizing, we tend to overlook how the end-user gathers information and focus on our internal needs to organize information. Effective organization will lead to better opportunities in segmentation branding and better understanding by the end user whether it be a consumer, trade partner or internal management.
